Community Wellness Partnership of Pomona's mission is to develop local capacity to implement innovative policy driven community developmental strategies that are researched driven, economically sustainable and culturally equitable. We do this by offering critical technical assistance to develop comprehensive master plans, create sustainable community engagement strategies and design effective program interventions to address local situations.
